I’m just going to launch straight into it. Most of my blogs lately have been rather rant-ish so I decided that I needed a “nice” blog. Anyway, this is basically just a big bunch of pictures of what makes me happy at the moment.

Actual mail in the mail from Google. They could’ve just sent me an email but instead I got actual mail. I love getting mail, and if its $100 free adwords that’s even better! I only use adwords when I’ve got promotional or free credit so this was a nice bonus. I took out my address so any would-be stalkers are put at bay.

Going on a Media Studies trip the TV studios (where my dad works) and being in the studio when they filmed the live midday news broadcast then hanging out on Queen Street at the Skycity Metro (a big entertainment complex) then just being douches with friends. Big ups to you if you can figure out which one is me

Trips to Europe. Just kidding, make that photoshopped trips to Europe. It all started because Arlette, one of my friends; is going on some big tour of Europe and Renee & I decided that our trip to Europe was going to be so much better. Then it just turned into this fun project we did in the holidays; we had a big photoshoot day in my back room/spare room/computer room/used electronics warehouse. The “trip” included London, Paris, Rome, Venice & a few other places.

Being in Zen mode, doing the lotus position with goop on my face and cucumbers on my eyes. This was at a friends birthday party; granted it was last November, but too bad. Paige & I wisely chose the wash off face goop, while some of our other friends chose a “peel-off mask” which made them look like shiny, sweaty mexicans (only because of the colour it turned their skin) until they peeled this weird pseudo-plastic film looking residue off their faces.

Icing cupcakes to look like animals. This one is a mouse. Awhile ago I made some cupcakes for the Animal Welfare bakesale. They were cats with liquorice whiskers and frogs with marshmallow eyes. This mouse was just something I did, because whenever I have sleepovers somehow we all end up icing cupcakes…

Having a squee! moment because Taylor Swift is less than 10m away from you at her concert and when she ran past, your hand was so close to hers you could feel the body head of it (sadly, I just missed out on touching her hand). She is honestly so pretty and sounds exactly like she does on the radio.

But yeah, that’s my happiness sorted for awhile. I added some Photoshop Retouching tutorials. I’m working on expanding my tutorials section because apart from my “10 Things” section that gets the most visits.
